While we like to focus on American designs we aren't immune to the charms of papers from elsewhere. This wonderful juvenile 2-band border was produced in Belgium and came to us via - if you can believe it - a farm in northern Victoria, Australia. We acquired just one small roll, and we have a few additional mounted pieces in our inventory.
